We are an American corporation formed to commercialize advanced extraction and separation technologies. One of the top PhD scientists in the field with decades of related experience is a co-founder of the company. Another has a PhD in geochemistry.

We have conducted laboratory testing of byproduct material from mining activity done outside the U.S. Testing has been performed by two contracted, independent, third-party U.S. university labs, overseen by some of America’s top outside scientists in the field (and CMI Members).

Initial test results indicated that the byproduct will provide an abundant and steady supply of many rare earth elements, along with potentially other critical materials such as platinum and palladium.

We are now initiating a more definitive, in-depth study with expanded geologic and geographic sampling. That work will enable a more precise assessment of supply and prospective economic value. After that will come a pilot plant operation.

Though the presence of rare earth elements and other critical materials as a mining byproduct is not unique, most importantly, we expect to solve the greatest challenge of economically and environmentally-responsibly extracting and separating them, thus enabling the development of a large scale, continuous commercial supply.

Meanwhile, we welcome indications of interest from accredited investors or industrial and governmental purchasers for possible future supply contracting.
